If you have a scollbar in either the Quest Log or Inventory, pressing Up on the very first item, moves the selected item to the bottom visible entry in the list, not the actual last entry in the list. I keep falling for this...
So, if you have 10 entries, and 7 are visible, pressing Up on the first entry, moves the selection to the 7th entry, not the 10th.
EDIT: The same happens when you press Down on the very last entry, it will jump to the first visible one, not the actual first.
