Does anybody else experience this? I thought it was because of motion blur, as it always happens when the blur effect starts, but I turned that all the way down, and it's still doing it.

I see short freezes when the game is loading a different area, e.g. when going into the cistern. Is that what you mean?

Yes. For me it happens whenever i move the view around too quickly. Possibly solved by playing on a controller instead of kb+m.
