I was doing a speedrun, and after making the guy drop out of the election AND freeing both slaves, I went up to talk to Ulpius. I was expecting to get a dialogue choice telling him I freed him, instead, I only had to option to give him 2000 coins.

This is an inconsistency, as I had already bought his freedom prior to this.

EDIT: Ulius in title is obviously Ulpius

Thanks for flagging this, I've created a bug report for you so the devs can get to work on resolving this for you ASAP.
We will be posting about what bugs we have been able to resolve in the FAQ’s so please keep an eye out there for updates about what's been resolved in any upcoming patches.
