I can´t hear a single sound or music in the game.
I have seen another gameplay in youtube without any sound, but I can configure the soun in the dosbox I dont really know if there is any sound or not.

No, there is no sound. This was a design decision -- when the game came out, the only option for sound was the tinny little speaker that all PCs had, sound cards hadn't come out yet. Programmers had figured out how to get more than just beeps out of it -- games like SSI's Gold Box RPGs had sound effects, and Sentinel Worlds: Future Magic managed to get the thing to play recognizable music -- but the crew behind DHoU decided to keep the game silent. This saved them development time and resources, kept the file size low, and gave it a vibe that was unique at the time.
