I can not play the game, dosbox crashes after start. I see the black dosbox windows some seconds an the entire operating system freezes, then dowsbox crashes

What version of macOS are you running? The game requires 10.12 or newer (this information is available on the product page). If your system is older, you will have to update it to the newer version.

I use 10.10. Why the requirements are 10.12 now? Dosbox needs 10.12?!?!
All other DosBox games requires 10.6, for example:

Some of our DOS games use Boxer while others use DOSBox and in some cases ScummVM. This release in particular requires macOS 10.12 due to technical issues we had with earlier versions of the system.
