But the trick for the AMD users on that site, didn't worked for me, I enabled enhanced sync like that website suggested but fps were still locked at 40 fps or less, only when I turned on radeon chill did the fps jumped to 100 plus everything max!
This proves the game somehow is failing from waking up GPU's from power saving mode.
This was what i did and I don't really know what step did it.
"disable fullscreen optimizations" in windows compatibilities options.
if using a AMD GPU turn on enhanced sync and chill in the drivers after creating a game profile.
This worked for me.
I also seen some people say that just alt-tabing of the game, opening chrome in the background helped them!? But this didn't worked for me.
