When starting a new game no intro video plays, same with the credit and intro button in the main menu. I get a brief screen flash but nothing else happens. Do I miss some codec or requirement, thats not installed by the game by default?

I checked the game files and they clearly exist. I briefly thought a bout it being a localization issue but even a full Polish language has the same issue.

According to discussion on Steam Community, you need to set your screen resolution to 1920 x 1080 in order to watch pre-rendered videos.

However, videos might play with no issues on any screen resolution, when DirectX 11 renderer is being used.

It seems, that developers are going to downscale videos to fix this problem for all possible system configs.

Therefore, I recommend everyone to backup HD videos from current version of the mod. Let's hope, they would release HD videos as additional package.
