I've got the gloves and ann's wristband, but still can't figure out what do to next.

Can anyone give me a hint?

Go to the toilet, open the lid, use gloves and then flush. Press the bell to call the nurse and while she is occupied with the toilet walk to her desk and take the discharge note. Go to security guards. With discharge note and Ann's wristband they'll let you pass.
