Hello,
I purchased this game when it first came out, and now I see GOG.com has the game's soundtrack as an extra. Since I found the music very atmospheric, I was considering picking this up (also to have a digital copy of the game). But I wanted to know if the soundtrack contains the vocal tracks which play during key moments in the story.

Thank you.

None of the soundtracks available on GOG with the purchase of the game contain the vocal tracks, unfortunately, as they are definitely the best parts of it. The instrumental tracks are great and go very well with the mood of the game, but they're nothing I want to go around listening to on my mp3 player.

Do yourself a favor and go buy Warmer's In My Head It's Like Hell off of his bandcamp page. I did so and don't regret it one bit.

That song is great, but I would suggest getting the whole album, it's fantastic in my opinion.

A bit of trivia, Jesse Gunn (of Warmer) voiced a character in The Cat Lady.
As groze already said, the vocal tracks aren't included in the soundtracks offered as bonus content, but the VLC media player is able to play the game's in-game music file (audio.vox) which does contain the vocal track. It's one big audio file, so you have to stream and save the specific parts with VLC to get single tracks.
