Does anyone know if its possible to play these games in a window instead of it automatically going full screen? If so, how do you do it?

I was able to accomplish this with a hex editor as described, but I thought once I got it in windowed mode I'd be able to freely move my mouse between windows but it becomes trapped in the game window, is there anyway to change that?

Did you try at least if Alt-Tab works for this game?

Incidentally, I tried hardcoding the mac version to run in windowed mode, and it just crashes instead.
