Would GOG and Kingart/Nordic Games be open to the idea of giving BOUT 2 the same treatment it has received at Steam, where it is possible to purchase the collector's edition items separately? Or even just the extras, like the soundtrack and the art book, as was done with Trine 2 and Hard West? I like the game and the work behind it well enough to purchase those extras, but I'm not going to buy the game all over again for it.
