I'm in chapter four, the Pixie caves. I went to go into the Brightly Lit Cave and once I got there the game froze. The <esc> key doesn't work, I can't move forward or back, the mouse courser stays red constantly. The only thing that works is the space bar showing me what to look at or where to go. Patch 1.0.0.3 has been applied. My hard drive seems overly active also.

I rebooted and tried again but had the same results.
Windows 7/32 bit.

Any ideas?

Never mind, it's a bug in the program.

I didn't do all that needed to be done. I resorted to the walkthrough and did what needed to be done and everything worked fine after that. The game ran flawlessly up until that point. Strange.
