Hi all,

I'm playing BoUT on my Mac. I've gotten to the temple and opened the doors. Munkus and the ogre came in and kidnapped everyone but the cap'n. I've gotten into the machine room, spread the oil on the floor in front of the desk and put the wooden paddle in the machine. When I throw pebbles at Munkus, he follows me into the machine room, but I am unable to put the cylinder into the message system. The game refuses to let me click on anything in my inventory or do anything at all while Munkus falls down then gets hit with the paddle. Once he gets up and leaves the machine room I am able to click on things and perform actions again.

How can I get past this to knock Munkus out so I can continue the game? I've been stuck here for a week and it's making me most vexed.
