I have installed & reinstalled the downloader but am unable to launch it to download my game. I click on it & absolutely nothing happens. Got the msg. that IE had stopped working but it appears to be working for all but this function. I tried going via Firefox but it says I need an application to open the link & I have no idea what that would be. Any help out there? I am a grandma so that is probably part of the problem.
