I found a FR patch on jeuxvideo DOT com (I can't have links in my message):

To install it, you need first to:
- backup your "C:\GOG Games\The Book of Unwritten Tales" folder (always better...)
- rename it to "C:\GOG Games\Book of Unwritten Tales"
- run the executable present in the Patch
- select "C:\GOG Games" when you are asked for the folder containing the game
- install
- rename the folder back to "C:\GOG Games\The Book of Unwritten Tales"

Audio and Video are still in english, but interface and subtitiles are now in french.
Note that I only played the Prologue, so I don't know if it's fully translated.

Vous pouvez directement le télécharger ici:

Pour l'installer:
- Faites une sauvegarde du dossier "C:\GOG Games\The Book of Unwritten Tales" (on n'est jamais trop prudent...)
- Renommez-le en "C:\GOG Games\Book of Unwritten Tales"
- Lancez le programme présent dans le Patch
- Choisissez "C:\GOG Games" lorsqu'on vous demande le dossier contenant le jeu
- Terminez l'installation
- Redonnez-lui le nom d'origine ("C:\GOG Games\The Book of Unwritten Tales" )

La bande son est toujours en anglais, mais l'interface et les sous-titres sont désormais en français.
Notez que je n'ai pour l'instant joué que le Prologue, alors je ne sais pas si le jeu a été entièrement traduit.
