Please help! My grandson and I play this game together and we are stuck. At the start of Chapter 2, at the end of the cut scene with the bounty hunter, Nate is supposed to fall into the water trough and we should switch to play as Critter. Nate doesn't fall and Critter wanders around the screen uncontrollably. No further progress is possible. We are playing on a Windows 10 computer.
