can't find them in the installation folder.

I had the same question when I got the game from Steam back when it was on sale. Here is the email I got back from inXile support...

oh, thanx for the lead, found them in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\inXile entertainment\The Bard's Tale on win7.

well, you look at that, seems like i successfully transported the seves from my Android version(pretty deep into the campaign there already) to the PC one.
