I've read with great interest that v1.07 resp. v1.08 are supposed to be "live". Unfortunately no patch files or new installers have appeared in my library yet. So, does anyone know where they are?

If you have the GOG installer, it's there. Otherwise the stand alone offline one is not updated as of yet.

The gog installer versions are done manually by the gog team currently, so that should come along soon.

This is one of two reasons why I use GoG Galaxy, you get patches quicker since you do not have to wait for GoG developers to make the installers. The second reason is for the cloud saving since I play on Desktop PC and my laptop.
Even when you have GoG galaxy, you do not need to run GoG galaxy everytime you want to play the games, just load it up when you know a patch has been released.
