Just solve this problem , the time it takes ot load a level is embarrising, I have tried to sell the excellence of this game to several long term gaming friends and family but they are totally put off by the length of time it takes ot load a level , their logic is no game can be that great that has let an amerturish issue like that through . I have never known a game like it , nothing comes even close

When did gamer's become so petty?

Yes, work on it. But for gamers to be so petty that having to wait a little longer on load times makes them not buy a game or give a negative review... just so much pettiness. Read reviews of people saying great things about the game, loving it, but because of load times they give it a negative review and don't recommend it. /facepalm

Must be part of a whole experience eh , its a bug like any other bug , combine it with random crashing during combat and you have an experience that puts people off playing, don't know why you think something that takes minutes everytime you change areas is being petty
It's something you expect from a game made in the Unity engine, but this is the only game I've played that uses the Unreal Engine 4. It's a concern, but more than that is the concern that games like this and Pathfinder Kingmaker have been released at all in the state that they're in. Both seem to have had AWOL beta testers/quality control testers. Games that release in this state don't deserve any praise, but you'll get people who hate on them and people who fawn all over them, no matter what state they're in. It's the way of things.
My loading times are OK (SSD)

They are not taking minutes, they are taking seconds. Saw a few people complain about 30 second load times on their HDD (not using SSD) and then giving a negative review for that game because of 30 seconds but loving everything else about the game, so yes, it is petty.

Sorry didn't spot you looking over my shoulder yesterday , when timing it , took over two mintues to load into under Skara Brae area and before you lay into my PC

8 Core AMD fx8350
Nvidix 1060 GTX
MSI Gaming MB
16 Gb Ram
OS Drive SSD
1TB Hard drive

Needless to say every other game I have runs witjh no problems

Also apparently Developer taking it seriously enough that it was their Number 1 item to fix in the Patch 1 , - we are still waiting
After patch 3 the loading times are still long, but not awesome long. Gameplaying with now more different options to fit it to your hardware is much more better now. It seems a lot better than before patch 3.
A miserable play experience is a miserable play experience. I played the Bard's Tale games on my Commodore 64, I got all the stupidly long leveling times I could ever want back then. Long load times should not be part of a modern game, and I feel that anybody who finds them enough to shelve the game and give it a negative review is entirely justified.

In the end, the question is pretty simple: Do the long loading times make the game worse? Obviously they do. Just because some people are willing to tolerate them does not make those who are unwilling to tolerate them wrong. As long as they clearly communicate the reason for the negative review, it's entirely valid and reasonable feedback. Don't like getting crappy reviews for long load times? Fix your load times.
