As soon as I open this game my screen starts to flicker, and still when i start playing the game. It is just a quick flicker somewhere on the screen maybe once a second. My computer does not do this with any other game. I have tried using a different screen, and I have updated my graphics drivers and have had no success. Any suggestions?

Check that you are using your desktop resolution in-game (set with The Bard's Setup).

Failing that you could try running the game in a borderless window; install the windowed mode DLL and choose your desktop resolution in the setup tool.
