i can't find any save game files of this game. Can someone give me a hint or location?

Hi John! You can find them here:

C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\BardsTale4\Saved\SaveGames

I was looking for this too. I did not see anyone come back for an answer on this...
After digging around I only saw information on the steam version location (which seems to be different) than the gog version.

For the GOG version it seems to be here:
C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\LocalLow\InXile Entertainment\The Bard's Tale Trilogy\saves

How about picking a standard location... under Documents\My Games ?
If the Wasteland 2 team was able to do this "C:\Users\<your username>\Documents\My Games\Wasteland2\Save Games" it should be possible to pick a standard location for this and other games.
