I have a quest to see the Review Board. I've spoken to all 3 but I don't seem to get anything from talking to the RB and quest is not marked as complete.

I think you need to progress to the "limit" in the skill-tree with the character that is closest for it to finish.

It's a poorly designed quest - you'll get used to them in this game.

You may not have noticed it, as I was initially confused about this myself, but when you get a message that a quest is "complete" and you should return to the Review Board--but you haven't actually finished a main or secondary quest--it merely means that one or more of your party has passed an XP limit for unlocking a new set of skills in their skill tree. However--you have to return to the Review Board, and talk to them for the skills to be unlocked for that party member or members. When you visit the Review Board--if they don't immediately tell you that you are too early and that you should come back later--it means that one or more of your party are having new skills opened to them in their skill tree. Also, you only have to talk to one of them...;)

If you return to them after having finished any number of main or secondary quests, they will tell you what you have completed, one quest at a time. So when this happens, be sure to keep talking to a Board member until they stop itemizing your completed quests and they tell you that you haven't done anything else but that they still find you worthy, etc...;)

I agree that part of the game could be cleaned up...;)
