You don't have to unpack GOG's standalone installers manually. There's an .exe file accompanying any .bin files -- all you have to do is run the .exe file after any and all installer files are finished downloading. There's no password of any kind required to install a game purchased here.

Rename any .rar, your downloader changed it, back to .bin or the setup won't find it.
