What it says in the title. There's a log file for GameAnalytics in the saved games folder, so unless the sending part has been disabled in the final exe file (and why would you do this and keep the logging part active? it'd make no sense), your game phones home.

If you care about that sort of thing, time to add a new rule to your firewall I guess.
