Trapzap says it works for 30 feet, is that 3 squares?

Yes, TRZP is 3 squares. Each square is 10 feet.
The eye detection spells also have a 3 square range.
(There's actually one part in Bard's Tale 2 where a single square room is described as being 10 feet by 10 feet.)
