I entered the lodge and did the first puzzle to a state where it quickly opened/closed the door to the next floor. I managed to dash through the door when it opened (I thought it was supposed to be this way), finished the rest of the dungeon, and came back up with Destiny Wand in hand.

Now the door opens/closes so fast I cannot dash out! Is there some way to temporarily keep the door open from the other side? Apparently I was supposed to solve the first puzzle completely, but since I got through the door going in I thought I could go through going out!

I don't particularly want to solve all the puzzles again - these were some of the worst in the game!

Never mind. I loaded an old save and plowed my way through again. Noted the same sort of puzzle is in Iwon Rheg. Ugh. Anyway, it is interesting one could slip through the doors when in "open in shut" mode, though one should be careful since it seems you can't slip out the same way!
