Destiny Knight is not a separate download, it's just the next part of the Bard's Tale Original Trilogy. If you have the trilogy, the newest update - which *IS* up since i have it - will enable the Destiny Knight. You can start a new game, or load up your Tales of the Unknown save, go to the Adventurers' Guild, and start the game with your existing characters.
The standalone installer is still not up to date, though. It's still on 1.09, the last Tales of the Unknown only patch, while the Destiny Knight is currently patch 2.00. So in that case, I guess you're stuck waiting. Which sucks.
