I would love to see Krome do a remaster of the Bard's Tale Construction Set after the trilogy is done. The original had potential but was so limited on what you could do. Based on the changes Krome has made in BT1 I'm sure they could do it justice. I'm not sure who owns the rights to BTCS (I think EA still owns it, not InExIle) so it might not be even possible. If not mod tools would be awesome!

If that happens, there's one thing that I would like to see changed:

There should be the option to put multiple spell effects into one spell.

As is, there are many classic Bard's Tale spells that can't be created with the construction set, including such basic spells as Flesh Restore; this change would significantly increase the number of spells that could be re-created.
