I've turned the slider for music all the way to 0% and it's still so loud that sometimes I can't hear what the NPCs are saying. Anyone have any suggestions for how to fix this problem? It isn't making the game unplayable, but it's less enjoyable than it should be, because I have to have subtitles turned on so I don't miss anything important. Plus I'm sick of the music already.

This seems to be a bug. Sometimes when I start the game the volume is extremly loud, ear damaging loud on headphones (1% master volume is louder then 100% master volume on normal volume). And sometimes when I start the game the volume is normal. So I restart the game until the volume is normal again. Before the first patch it happend not very often but now it's loud all the time. So I have to restart. Its one more reason to wait untill it is properly patched.
