Mangor was an easy fight, but Zanta is kicking my butt. I can kill him by early in the 3rd round, but by then he's poisoned my entire front line (so they die at the end of the round), leaving a thief and mage left to mop up 7 skeletons (not happening.. )

Googling suggests: dragon-bile-bombs, and mental damage (to avoid the heavy armor), plus Wayland's watch/Falkentyne's Fury, but even then, I'm getting hammered.

Any other ideas ? (If I can kill him by 2nd round, I think I'mm avoid the party-killing poisoning, but I don't see how I can do that yet.. )
Hah, after more than a few tries, made it. The other hints were more or less on track, just missed a few things:
- Yes, bile-bomb heavily (everyone but my bard had bile-bombs as their trinket)
- Use bard's wayland's watch to minimize Zanta (may have to burn an action on moving bard into range)
- On 2nd round, have your bard play duotime so you can re-use wayland's watch in the same round.
- Do as much mental damage as you can (sorc and head-knocker w/ shillelagh equipped)
