The cluebook for bt2 is readily obtainable from various sites under sort of questionable provenance. Is there any reason that the people with current rights to distribute can't make use of this file? This is kind of important because that game is nearly impossible as you get towards the end of it without clues.
Meanwhile the pdf manual for bt2 while nice for having the original graphics (including michael cranford looking vaguely Miami Vice/DonJohnson) there are versions generated from the RPG Archives with markedly superior clarity and text-search functionality. I'd suggest possibly including that as well.
