Is there any any way that the game can be display fully on the screen rather in the middle with a black frame to fill in the rest?

Given that the black frame is where you need to put your cursor to trigger certain hotspots and access the menu, I'm guessing that there is no way to do this in the game, and I am unaware of any mods that might do this.

Its so awful that I have to lean forward on my laptop because the gameplay is tiny. The black border frame is all around the game.

In Windows OS, press Alt+Enter to switch the game to full screen.
