Go to the game forum and post about it, and then send a bug report to GOG tech support--open a ticket. I've seen that happen with the manual file downloads, and sometimes with Galaxy--but not often, and Gog is usually attentive about these things. 11th Hour is a really old game so something may have slipped by them.
EDIT: I cannot install it either!--just tried a Galaxy install. I uninstalled the game first and then attempted to reinstall--it failed. No reason given.
EDIT#2--Good News, I was able to use the manual install files to install the game without a problem, and it runs just fine. There are two manual files--a small setup file, and then the larger game file with the .bin suffix. Both files must reside in the same directory or else the game won't install, of course.
I'm running Windows 11 BETA channel, build 22000.556, and I set the 11th Hour Launcher settings under the compatibility tab to "Change setting for all users," & "Windows Vista" compatibility mode, and "change high DPI settings" to "Application"--left everything else blank, and it runs fine. I'm sure the game will run fine on stock Win11 and Win10.
The fast-slow settings for ctrl+ or ctrl - do not work. However, I have a couple of theories about that and if I get them to work I'll come back and add the info.
EDIT #3--Well, apparently GOG has fixed the problems as it installs now from Galaxy as well as from the manual files. Good job, GOG.
