After I revive Eva on the Cult Base, a cutscene occurs of Eva giving me information, then the game goes to a screen that looks like the interaction screen. I.E. I can see the "Inventory", "Use", "Combine", "Examine", "Hint", "Text", "Travel" and "Auxiliary Panel" buttons and I can move my cursor around. The problem is that the part of the screen where you would normally see where you are is black with rectangles on it. It looks a lot like the screen you see when you start up the game and can pick and option. I am not able to click in anything while in this strange state. I'd attach an image if I knew how to take pictures of my screen.

Thinking this was just a glitch, I reset the game and loaded my last save point. Alas, the exact same thing happened. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

EDIT: Well, third time's the charm! I messed around with some graphics settings and tried it again and it finally worked! Could someone please delete or lock this thread?
