I was wondering what the differences are in UAKM if you select the Easy mode. Not detailed differences, just generally (ie are puzzles missed out, does it somehow make existing puzzles easier)?

From the manual - "Easy play ... will allow you to enter at the beginning of each of the Seven Days and preoceed from that point. All inventory items and other information from previous days will be available. By using the Hints, and the Easy play option you will be able to travel to most locations and see most movie scenes without much Brain Work.
WARNING: Playing this way will significantly reduce the overall continuity of the game and may diminish your enjoyment of it. It can certainly ruin the ending for you."

I decided to go with the full mode for more of a challenge.
