Don't know if anyone ran into this, but when playing video segments (while running dosbox in full screen mode) in UAKM I would have the display flake out except where the actors were moving. I set the 'fulldouble' setting to true (I run my display at 1280x720). Though it takes a little longer to change back and forth between movement mode, it seems to have fixed the video issue.
