I just loaded this game and have a question regarding movement. I find the game moves in a way that causes me to feel I am experiencing motion sickness or someting similar. Is there any way to help contol this? Thank you...

pressing the space bar moves you in & out movement mode, if the game starts to move around too fast then just right click you mouse & it will stop.

You can also set the movement mode out of fullscreen, this helped me setting it to a smaller window size

Latest entry about not using fullscreen is a good tip, it helped me whenever I got headaches or a bit queezy from motionsickness while playing. I usually put it in a letterbox-ish larger than the examinationwindow, but smaller than fullscreen. Fiddle a bit with the video options and you'll find a setting that works for you.
Also, tune down the speed on the mouse as well.

Never liked the full screen walking mode anyway the experience just feels allot better when your interface doesn't constantly changes.
