So I downloaded the demo and installed it last night but wont be able to play for a day or so. The thing is I didn't see any instructions anywhere. I didn't even see how to save and exit the game, I had to X out the window. I'm guessing I'm missing something pretty obvious but can someone help?

Nevermind. Just beat the demo so I assume there's no save/exit buttons

There is. Just press the ESC button on the keyboard.

There's a list of controls here:

Right click to get the radial interface (for looking etc.).
ESC to get the main menu options (click help for a video tutorial)

You also have keyboard shortcuts:
Spacebar - look
E - use
Q - open inventory
TAB/X - Open the radial interface
F - Flashlight
