I preordered T.E. (Tesla Effect) back on April 4th but the game is not available for download in my account. Any suggestions?

Am I going to be emailed a "key" to download the game? I am not one of the Kickstarters or backers for this game. Just did the preorder.

OMG, found the solution in another 3d "Where's my Tex"

there is a refresh link and now i have the download link on my page

Contacted support and they refreshed my account. Game is now available for download. Try that
