ylod111: I've encountered a really strange thing recently. I decided to replay Tesla Effect at the sound "broke" around day 5. The sound effects and music are just fine but the speech is very quiet and distorted, barely audible. After quite a bit of tinkering I decided to reinstall the game, so I downloaded the latest version and at first everything was fine. But then I quit the game and when I loaded it up again there was the sound issue again. I just don't understand what is going on, if there were no sound at all or all of the sound was quiet and distorted then I would attribute this to either hardware or sound drivers or something, but how come music and effects work fine but the speech is messed up?

Has anybody encountered similar issues? Any ideas on what could be the problem?
