I just started on the beginning of day 6 in Pandora Directive, where Tex has just found the location of the Roswell base and is on the way there. I haven't been able to get into the facility, however; it says that there's a security dome or something around it, and that I need security clearance to get in. I can't find said clearance anywhere, and no walkthroughs I've read have actually covered this possibility. If it helps, I'm apparently not on a path where Tex has a hunch that something bad might happen to Archie; he's perfectly fine when I go to the Cosmic Connection.
Thanks!

So tex didn't have a hunch on his way to roswell and when you go back to archie you can't talk to him and warn him?

Right, none of that happened. I can talk to Archie, but it's the same as if I had talked to him the day before.
I think you need to talk to Fitzgerald to gain clearance.

When I talk to Fitzgerald about getting clearance, he just tells me that I can probably get it from the NSA. I'm pretty sure there's no such thing in Autotech, so I don't know what to do with that lead.
Hmmm, if I remember correctly, there should be a clearence pass in one of the safety boxes at Autotech. Have you checked them all?

evidence room at autotech, at the top row the locker is slightly open & the same row as purnell disk .
you will need to use the control key or shift key to climb up there.
