It freezes about every five minutes - meaning I have to ctrl+alt+del and start the game over. I have an invidia geforce 8800 gts driver version 8.17 if that helps...
On a said note, the fmv in Pandora directive looked better on my computer... Is it possible to adjust the settings for Overseer?

Oh, found some what of an answer under the windows 7 64 bit heading... Someone mentioned making a "task kill" for explorer.exe. Did that. Worked.

GOG only offers the CD version of Overseer. The FMVs are of worse quality than the ones in The Pandora Directive. There's also a DVD version with higher quality FMV, but GOG doesn't offer it for some reason.

Ah! OK! - I wish I could get the DVD. After watching the overseer trailer on youtube, I was all excited but immediately underwhelmed. Still, I enjoyed the game - though the extra pop and sparkle would have been welcome.

How do you fix this issue? I have win XP Pro, 32 bit. It doesn't happen every five minutes, but it's more like every 20. And I have to completely reboot the PC when it happens. Thankfully, Overseer remembers where we left off, but it's kind of a hassle.
