This isn't working. I tried Gameboomers and looked at GOG's answers. I can't get it to work. Can you help? There's no video. There's no sound. The dropdown box in the configuration setting doiesn't have the list that was recommended I choose from
I'm using Windows 10, 64 bit. The stupid BOT on the GOG site kept asking the same quesiton over and over again. No hel0o there. I couldn't get to tech support.

I downloaded and installed ffdshow but when I went to re-start the game no popup appeared. It didn't show up in the configuration tab as an option I could click on, either.

OK, I found the answer here: https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Tex_Murphy:_Overseer#MPEG-2_driver_error

When I downloaded and installed ffdshow for 32 bit rather than 64 bit it started to work. The link to the download is lower down on the page.

Good deal, enjoy the game! I haven't played it in quite some time, I went through the effort to get it to play correctly as I'm planning on playing it again after the PD remaster releases and I finish it.
