I am running UAKM on Windows 8.1 64-bit. When I try to run UAKM in full screen mode I get no mouse cursor. If I hit the escape key to go to a windowed mode then I get a mouse cursor and can play the game. Does anyone know why the cursor would be missing from full screen mode?

Yes...;) That is normal. In full screen mode you are walking, and the cursor disappears. Slide your mouse forward to move forward, turn mouse to left or right to look left or right, use up & down cursor keys to look up or down, etc. When you approach an object that you either want to examine or open, as in the case of a door, hit the spacebar, and you revert to look/action mode and the cursor returns so that you can examine/use/take the object. Hit spacebar again, and you go back into movement mode--cursor disappears because you do not need it.

Running Win8.1x64, no problems. In the off chance this is *not* what you're talking about, then all I can say is the game is running fine for me under 8.1, so there's no bug here than I can see.
Unfortunately this is not what I'm talking about. I see no mouse cursor when I have the console (clickable buttons) on screen. If I press escape at this point (puts thegame in a window) then I have a mouse cursor.

And of course I go and test it after writing that post and it's working as I remember it from the old days. Oh well.

Typical, it always work AFTER you tell someone about the problem and are about to reproduce it in front of an audience. XD
I'm also not getting a mouse cursor on the Tex Overseer start screen. Running Windows 7 with 98 compatibility mode.
