So, is Tex actually supposed to be talking to the dead Margaret Leonard at the end, or just her mind somehow preserved by the Tesla egg? Also, is Tex supposed to be J.T. Donnelly reincarnated? Spoilers are fine, since I'm just interested in the answers.

I understand that tex is Donnelly himself since we saw the human size cryo chamber

I would change the title if I could, but I can't figure out how. All I can see is how to edit the contents of the post, but the title seems locked. Do you know how to do it?

Sorry, forgot you can't do that on these forums :( Maybe a mod can change it for you? Its not a massive problem, but anyone playing the game and not advanced in the plot, will be spoiled if they come across it.
