At least on macOS Ventura, the curos doesn't "click" where you expect it to click (at it's tip) but somewhere in the middle of the cursor. Very annoying and makes the game barely playable due to many misclicks.

Also - it's Intel only, and the installer is unsigned as always.
Mac "support" on GOG sucks terribly.
