I'm wondering about Terraria's 1.3 release this June or July. What's got me wondering is one of the new versions features (spoilers?) SteamWorks multiplayer.

Will GoG not get the 1.3 update because of SteamWorks?
Will GoG get the 1.3 update with LAN multiplayer only?
Or will GoG get the 1.3 update with multiplayer removed?

But then, the Galaxy will be compatible with steamworks so who knows :)

We will defiantly get 1.3 on or near release. We defiantly won't get Galaxy integration... at-least during the 1.3 update, but I have talked to the admins at the official site and they told me basically that any integration like Galaxy would take time and that it's not off the table for the future. They also said that they took special care while implementing the Steam integration to allow for future services such as GOG's Galaxy.
