I'm trying to get Terraria to run on my company laptop, I have to copy the files in directly via Google drive as it's not possible to run any installers on it. Unfortunately that also means I can't install XNA properly.
I was able to get the game to run by copying in the XNA DLL's from a "portable Terraria" thread I found on Steam:

The problem is I'm not getting any sound. The app doesn't even appear under Windows sound settings which tells me there's a component missing. Anybody have any idea what that might be? Or is there anywhere I can download the DLL's for the latest versions of XNA, DirectX, Visual C++etc?
EDIT: I unpacked XNA and got all the DLL's from it, but still not getting any sound.
