I see the delete key but how is it used?
For characters the name will not remain highlighted and the delete key removes no one.
Same for the worlds.
I can make new players but cant even delete them.

you click the delete button then you click the world or character you want to delete. its done this way so you can avoid deleting characters or worlds you might want to save.

Lord_Kane: you click the delete button then you click the world or character you want to delete. its done this way so you can avoid deleting characters or worlds you might want to save.
Ok, I worked at it, guess its kinda in reverse of my logic.

i cant delete my first charector on terraria, i see the delete button on other charectors, but i dont on this one

you may have marked your character as a favourite by pressing the little star icon. press it again and the delete icon should reappear.
