duckmna: i am starting to feel like this is hopeless.i have done everything i could for this but it has not done anything at all.
If you explained your problem thoroughly in your support ticket, and you got an automated e-mail from GOG saying your support request had been received, then just be patient. If you haven't, look around the 'Support' page for possible solutions we might not have thought of. GOG Support staff are usually kind of swamped these days, so it might take a week or so (from whenever you sent the support request) for them to get back to you. Whatever you do, though, DO NOT OPEN ANOTHER TICKET. This will push the whole thing to the back of their support queue. If you're worried you didn't give them enough info, you can reply to any e-mail Support sends you (including the automated one) without affecting your place in the queue.
DClements: In fairness, he said he downloaded Galaxy 3 times. I was only commenting as Galaxy has usually updated games automatically when I've downloaded them, but with Terraria it didn't automatically update for me. I just thought I'd try to offer some help, as I'd hate to see someone miss out on what is a thoroughy enjoyable update to an already great game.
No worries. I was just trying to reduce any confusion on duckma's part, as I'm guessing (s)he's not tremendously computer-savvy. Looking for folders and files that only exist with Galaxy installed when (s)he is (so far as I can tell) not currently using Galaxy would possibly cause him/her to combust. =D
